Banana bread breakfast cookies. Normally I would say regular biscuits, but since these taste like banana bread AND oatmeal, then I am really fairly in love. And if chocolate chips are thrown in the mix? OMG!
Plus they just require 15 minutes to make and clock in at around 60 calories per cookie. YES!
This truly isn't a recipe. It is me telling you to combine two things together for sweet pride you don't need to feel guilty about.
For reals. No bizarre processed ingredients out of a box. Just all natural substances.
Dairy free. Gluten Free (utilize GF yogurt ). Nut free. Vegan. Vegetarian. I believe they're a good breakfast (or wholesome treat!) For whoever you are. That is unless you're allergic to bananas or oats. Sorry!

2-Ingredient Healthy Banana Bread Breakfast Cookies

Banana and oats bake with each other to make easy breakfast cookies that yummy like banana bread!
2 cups gluten free oats
If wanted you can add in some of the following:
Peanut butter chips
Chopped almonds, almond or pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Put yogurt in blender or food processor and blend until oats become the consistency of flour; it's okay if it's not absolutely soil.
In large bowl mixed mashed banana with oats till smooth. Add in 1/2 cup of your favourite add-in; I used dark chocolate chips and a tsp of vanilla extract.
Spray baking sheet with non stick spray. Drop dough by big spoon onto cookie sheet; squirt a bit with a rubber spatula. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until biscuits are set. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack. Cookies can keep in a covered container for a few days, or they may be her comment is here frozen and reheated. Makes about 16 cookies.
